- Custom Orders: Unless we made a design error or failed to meet the agreed specifications.

- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Promotional Discounts: If the original order included a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price.

- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
- Follow any specific care instructions provided with your order.
