Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is tailored to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality.

1. General Policy

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Fresh flowers, plants, and perishable items are non-returnable unless covered by our exceptions below.
  • Custom-designed arrangements (e.g., wedding bouquets, event installations) are non-refundable once production begins.

 

1.2 Exceptions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Damaged/Destroyed: Items arrive significantly damaged (over 50% of the product).
  • Incorrect Item: We delivered the wrong product or arrangement.
  • Allergy Concerns: The product contains allergens not disclosed at checkout (proof required).

2. Return Process

2.1 Notification
Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery via:

 

 

2.2 Documentation
Provide:

 

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

 

2.3 Resolution
We will review your request and offer one of the following:

 

  • Refund: Full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
  • Replacement: A new product shipped at no additional cost.
  • Store Credit: A credit equal to the purchase price for future use.

3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Normal Wilting: Flowers naturally wilt over time; proper care instructions are provided with each order.
  • Color Variations: Minor differences due to photography lighting or seasonal availability.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you were unavailable to receive the order and it was left at your door.
  • Custom Orders: Unless we made a design error or failed to meet the agreed specifications.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Promotional Discounts: If the original order included a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price.

5. Care Instructions

To ensure your flowers last:

 

  1. Trim stems at a 45-degree angle.
  2. Change water daily.
  3. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
  4. Follow any specific care instructions provided with your order.

 

Failure to follow these instructions may void your eligibility for a return.
